Welcome to the Trackify Affiliate Program. By enrolling and participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully.
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain an active, good-standing affiliate account.
Have an active Wise account to receive commission payments.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Trackify products and services ethically and legally.
Use only approved marketing assets or accurately represent Trackify offerings.
Avoid any misleading, deceptive, or spam-related activities.
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
Self-referring for commissions or discounts (self-referrals are strictly prohibited).
Using false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Trackify products.
Any form of spam, unsolicited communications, or unauthorised paid advertising (e.g., bidding on Trackify-branded keywords).
Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Affiliates will earn commissions under the following structure:
Commission Rate: 15% of the net sale amount.
Payment Threshold: A minimum balance of $30 AUD is required before commissions are paid.
Payment Schedule: Payments are processed after a 90-day holding period to allow for refunds, chargebacks, and payment verifications.
Important:
If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the commission is awarded to the affiliate whose tracking cookie was captured first (first touch attribution).
Cookies are used to track leads for a maximum duration of 60 days.
Payments are made exclusively through Wise Transfer.
Affiliates must maintain an active Wise account to receive payments.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their Wise account details are accurate and up to date.
Any transaction fees or charges imposed by Wise are the responsibility of the affiliate.
Trackify is not liable for delayed payments caused by incorrect payment information.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates cannot earn commissions by referring themselves, their immediate family members, their own business entities, or using fake or duplicate accounts. Violations will result in cancellation of commissions and possible account termination.
If a prospective customer interacts with multiple affiliates:
The first affiliate who successfully captured the lead via cookie tracking within the 60-day window will receive the commission.
No commissions will be awarded if no valid affiliate tracking cookie is present at the time of purchase.
Trackify reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for:
Breach of these Terms.
Inactivity or no qualified leads within a six-month period.
Engagement in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical behaviour.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Trackify’s discretion.
Affiliates may use Trackify’s approved logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for promoting Trackify. Affiliates may not:
Modify Trackify’s materials.
Misrepresent the affiliate relationship.
Register domain names, social media accounts, or search engine ads that misappropriate Trackify’s branding.
Affiliates must not disclose any confidential information obtained through participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to Trackify’s business practices, technology, customer data, and strategies.
Trackify will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program. Trackify’s aggregate liability arising from this program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate.
Trackify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or dashboard notification. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
